Booking terms and conditions
Once you have decided upon a date for your wedding and selected your menu, your booking can be secured with a deposit, being 10% of the total estimated food cost.
This deposit is non-refundable; as once we are committed to a
booking we would be turning away any potential business for your chosen
date.
Most of our clients choose the executive wedding menu as this takes care of
Everything. With this option we are able to offer you the best choices.
As we are essentially operating an a la carte restaurant menu, we ask
you to please send out a copy of the menu with your wedding
invitations, to enable your guests to select their chosen meal.
Prices quoted include all silverware and plates for the tables - it
does not include extra hire for equipment (cookers, hotcubbert,
fridges) or waiting staff.
Staff can usually sourced and charged at £6.50 per hour.
In order to operate efficiently we need to have your final numbers,
table plan and food choices no later than one week prior to the
reception date.
Full payment is requested before or on the date of the function.
